What We Do Better Than Everyone

Not everything is a competition… but in these areas, we lead the pack. These aren’t just nice-to-haves — they’re game-changers for parents and players. We outperform other clubs in the things that actually affect your experience and your child’s development.

We Communicate Better

Got a question? You’ll hear back within 24 hours. 75% of emails and texts are answered the same day — and always within one business day. We know how frustrating it is when you don’t hear back, especially when it’s about your child’s team, schedule, or payment. 👉 You’ll never feel ignored or left wondering what’s going on.

We’re More Organized

We have full-time staff ready to help you. Most clubs rely on part-time volunteers who juggle other jobs and responsibilities. We have a dedicated administrator and sales coordinator who manage registrations, communication, scheduling, and parent support year-round. 👉 That means you get clear answers, fast solutions, and a more professional experience.

We Deliver More Coaching Value

Our coaches — even parent coaches — are trained and paid. Other clubs rely heavily on unpaid, untrained parent volunteers — especially in house leagues and younger travel teams — leading to huge variations in coaching quality. Our parent coaches make up only 20% of our team, and all meet the same certification, curriculum, and conduct expectations as our full-time coaches. 👉 With us, every coach is qualified, accountable, and committed to your child’s growth.

We Build Long-Term Coaching Relationships

Our travel team coaches also coach all of our academy players. At most clubs, the travel team coaches only show up for their team — they rarely interact with younger or developmental players. Our model integrates team and academy coaching, so the same experienced coaches work across age groups. 👉 Your child sees familiar faces and builds relationships that support real progress.

We Actually Follow A Curriculum

Every practice, at every location, follows a standardized session plan. Most clubs don’t — even provincial-level teams often let coaches run sessions however they want. We built our own curriculum, and our coaches are trained to deliver it consistently, with clear objectives and progressions for every age group. 👉 This gives your child structure, consistency, and measurable development.

We Stick to a Schedule

Your training day and time stay consistent all year. Other clubs frequently change schedules each season based on facility rentals and coaching availability, leaving families scrambling. We plan ahead and lock in your schedule from the beginning of the year. 👉 We make life easier for parents and help kids thrive with routine.

We Have Consistent Longterm Leadership and Vision

Our program has been led by the same team for over 12 years. Unlike other clubs that are governed by rotating boards of directors or shifting leadership teams, our direction hasn’t changed with every new season or internal vote. We don’t deal with red tape — we make fast, thoughtful decisions based on what’s best for the players. 👉 That means long-term planning, steady growth, and a clear philosophy that parents and players can trust.

What Others Do Better Than Us — and Why We Don’t Try to Compete

We know what we’re good at — and we also know what we choose not to prioritize. Some clubs invest heavily in optics, prestige, or exclusivity. We focus on value, development, and access for more families. Here’s where we intentionally take a different path.

Expensive Uniforms and Kit Packages

Other clubs offer premium, branded gear — and we don’t. Designer warmups, custom bags, and high-end kits might make teams look the part, but they don’t help players play better. 👉 We keep our gear simple and affordable, so your money goes where it counts — into coaching and player development.

Turf Training Facilities

Some clubs train exclusively on turf fields — we don’t. Turf access is limited and expensive. It often means only select teams benefit, while everyone else pays more. 👉 We’d rather invest in great coaching and consistent programming than fight over limited, high-cost turf slots.

Playing in “Elite” Leagues

We don’t chase status-based leagues just to say we did. Top-tier leagues come with higher fees, longer travel, and more demands on families — but they don’t automatically create better players. 👉 *Our Michigan league structure provides high-level competition, more playing time, and real opportunities to be seen by college
