Our coaches — even parent coaches — are trained and paid. Other clubs rely heavily on unpaid, untrained parent volunteers — especially in house leagues and younger travel teams — leading to huge variations in coaching quality. Our parent coaches make up only 20% of our team, and all meet the same certification, curriculum, and conduct expectations as our full-time coaches.

We Build Long-Term Coaching Relationships
Our travel team coaches also coach all of our academy players. At most clubs, the travel team coaches only show up for their team — they rarely interact with younger or developmental players. Our model integrates team and academy coaching, so the same experienced coaches work across age groups.

We Actually Follow A Curriculum
Every practice, at every location, follows a standardized session plan. Most clubs don’t — even provincial-level teams often let coaches run sessions however they want. We Stick to a Schedule
Your training day and time stay consistent all year. Other clubs frequently change schedules each season based on facility rentals and coaching availability, leaving families scrambling. Expensive Uniforms and Kit Packages

Turf Training Facilities
Some clubs train exclusively on turf fields — we don’t. Turf access is limited and expensive. It often means only select teams benefit, while everyone else pays more. 👉 We’d rather invest in great coaching and consistent programming than fight over limited, high-cost turf slots.
Playing in “Elite” Leagues
We don’t chase status-based leagues just to say we did.
