MOBILITY
The principle of Mobility focuses on creating dynamic movement off the ball to unbalance the defense and open up attacking opportunities. It emphasizes players constantly shifting positions, making runs into space, and offering multiple passing options to the ball carrier. Mobility makes it difficult for defenders to mark effectively, as attackers are always changing positions and creating new angles for support and attack. This movement can drag defenders out of position, disrupt the defensive shape, and create space for others to exploit. Effective use of mobility relies on timing, awareness, and communication—players must recognize when and where to move to stretch the defense and maintain fluidity in the attack. By staying active and unpredictable, teams can maintain possession under pressure and increase the likelihood of breaking through the opponent’s defensive lines.
