4 Players start with a ball at the corners of the pitch 1 defender starts in the middle. All players go at the same time and must try and score on any goal while the defender will try to stop them and steal their ball

If the defender steals a ball they will score in any goal for 3 points, the attackers get 1 point for a goal.

• Players must score on a goal on opposite side of the pitch
• Have 2 attackers start on 2 corners of the pitch
• Have the defender start on the sideline
• Take an attacker away and they become a second defender making it 3v2
