Welcome
At the Academy, we welcome all school-age children, from Senior Kindergarten to Grade 8, who share a love for soccer. Our inclusive, equitable environment focuses on each player’s passion rather than solely on skill or financial ability. Running parallel to the school year, the Academy begins in September and concludes in mid-July, with main registration in August. However, we welcome new players anytime during the year, space permitting.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring every soccer enthusiast has a chance to join without the stress of tryouts or skill-based selections. Our high-quality training sessions emphasize learning and development. Additionally, in the Fall and Spring/Summer, we host our own Academy Travel Teams, League, and Junior Tournaments, guaranteeing every player the opportunity to be part of a team, play, and compete in a fun and respectful environment.

About The Academy
No Tryouts
We eliminated tryouts years ago, understanding that developing young players matters more than just selecting the best. Tryouts put unnecessary pressure on kids, we accept players on a first-come, first-served basis. Our focus is on improving every player, not excluding them before they've had a chance to grow.
No Politics
Our Academies are independently operated under our license, free from external boards or influences. We prioritize our players' needs, making decisions and changes swiftly to enhance their experience without any political hindrances.
No Labels
At our Academies, we've removed labels like "Recreational, Travel, Competitive, and Elite." Every player is an Academy player, united in one organization without separation by ability or financial status. We celebrate each player's unique contribution to our inclusive soccer community.
Parents Are Partners
We view parents as essential team members in player development. Your involvement, from understanding our teaching methods to providing positive reinforcement and practicing with your child, is invaluable. We prioritize communication with you, believing that the more you understand our goals, the more you can support and ally with us in nurturing your player's growth.
All Players Are Equal
Our approach ensures equal access to training, matches, and coaching for every player, regardless of age, gender, or ability. Unlike many clubs, we don't reserve our best coaches or more resources for higher ability players. Each junior player receives the same number of sessions and match days, and all benefit from our top coaches, as we rotate them to work with every group.
Less Travel
We believe young players should play more, not spend time traveling for games. Our approach includes organizing more local matches at our Academies and supplementing with select external events. This reduces travel and allows for tailored, fun, and fair matches, where players can challenge themselves by playing with peers of varying skill levels.
Variety & Fun
We emphasize variety in our training, encouraging young players to interact with peers of different ages and skill levels. This dynamic environment, where they play with friends, older, younger, more, and less experienced players, fosters both skill and character development, keeping them engaged and growing.
Affordable
We strive to keep our Academies affordable by cutting unnecessary costs. You won't find expensive kits or hefty team fees here. Our focus is on funding quality coaching and enhancing our teaching methods. Expect more training, more playing, and an affordable price, with payments made on a monthly basis to spread the enrolment fees over the Academy year.

Our Approach
Coaching Pools
Our Academy coaching staff work as a collaborative team and are involved with as many players at different age groups as possible. This fosters a club atmosphere and gives players a chance to learn from all of our Academy coaches from top to bottom.
Standard Programming
All players in your Academy should get the same soccer experience that is designed to help them learn the game and improve. All players get access to the same programming. The program is designed with player development in mind not simply gaining registrations.
Training Groups
Our model uses Training Groups which allow players to experience different levels of challenge throughout the season. Players have the opportunity to train with a variety of players and at different levels throughout the course of the season not be locked into one group.
Equal Opportunity
We believe that we should be providing all players the same high standard of coaching and access to the same programs. Every player regardless of age, gender or ability should be able to participate in the same amount and quality of soccer as the next player.
Varied Game Formats
Game formats are not designed for the adult spectators or the coaches, they are used to provide the most enjoyment and best learning opportunities for the players. The game formats are designed to encourage learning the principles of how we play soccer and maximize player involvement.
Player First Team Second
Every player comes before the team. At the grassroots stage the focus must be on each individual player and developing their understanding of the key principles of "HOW" we play soccer, not on creating teams that win at any cost without using the key principles of HOW to play.
